2 days in the Peruvian desert

The province of Ica, (founded in the year 1563) was the first place of the New Castile (Viceroyal Peru) has one of the most beautiful and impressive deserts of Peru privileged land that welcomes visitors with its coastline full of charm bordered by the Ballestas Islands an Eco tourist place where you can appreciate the guano birds, penguins, sea lions etc.. Ica is known for the region of sand and sea, oasis and valleys is a Creole land par excellence where the Peruvian Pisco is born.

Itinerary

Day 1: Ica

Total distance 1000 kms. you will travel in a modern private vehicle.

  • We leave Lima at 4:30 am from Lima.
  • 07:00 am breakfast
  • 08:15 am board the gliders to the Ballestas Islands.
  • 10:30 am departure to ica
  • 12:45 pm lunch at hacienda el catador
  • Tasting all the flavors of both wines and pisco in the oldest wineries in Peru.
  • 2:30 we board the buggies and sandbooding (45 minutes).
  • 03:45 pm visit to the factory of chocotejas (typical sweets).
  • 04:30 heading to your hotel in nasca.

Day 2

  • 6:30 am. Breakfast
  • 10.00 am on flight of the nasca lines
  • 12:30 pm lunch in nasca
  • 2:30 pm visit to the maria Reich museum
  • 03:00 pm return to Lima
  • 8:30 pm already at your hotel
