Itinerary
Day 1: Cusco/Ollantaytambo – Aguas Calientes – Machu Picchu
- Early morning (exact time to be confirmed one day before) you will be transferred by our driver from your hotel to the Ollantaytambo Train Station, where you will board the Upgraded Vistadome Train to Machu Picchu Town, better known as Aguas Calientes, home to the area’s natural hot springs.
- Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, we will meet you at the train station and take the 25-minute bus journey up the hillside to the UNESCO World Heritage-listed site of Machu Picchu.
- Once there, head inside with your guide to explore the Inca Citadel of Machu Picchu on a complete guided tour of this amazing site.
- If you are interested in hiking, you can add the Sun Gate Hike to your Guided Tour (2-hour round trip, gentle hike) OR the Inca Bridge Hike (1-hour round trip hike).
- At the end of your tour, you return to Aguas Calientes town and board the train back to Ollantaytambo, where your driver will be waiting to transfer you back to your hotel in Cusco, Urubamba or Ollantaytambo.

- Hike to the Sun Gate – Also we called as Inti Punku wich is quechua lenguage, it was one of the main entrance to Machu Picchu. The hike takes about 2.5 Hours round-trip and it follows an original Inca Trail that gradually climbs from Machu Picchu’s agricultural terraces.
- Hike to Huaynapicchu Mountain (Tickets Need to be booked in advance the spaces are LIMITED) – One of the most popular hikes at Machupicchu; which takes to a view point overlooking the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu. The hike takes about 2.5 – 3 Hours round-trip
- Hike to Machupicchu Montaña (Tickets Need to be booked in advance as spaces are LIMITED) – A quite demanding Trek avalailable, the hike . takes about 3 – 3.5 Hours round-trip where the views from the top is amazing.
- This Tour starts in Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Town) So you need to get your Train Ticket to Aguas Calientes by your own.
- Machupicchu Entry Time: We will book the admission tickets upon your request (You can choose any entry time from 6 AM to 2 PM)
- OTHERWISE, Upon your Train arrival time (in case you are on a day trip from Cusco or Sacred Valley) – *If you willing to avoid most of the crowds, We recommend the afternoon time after 12 PM as it is less crowded.
